This house is truly beautiful! It is warm and cozy, without going overboard with the mountain decor. The kitchen is very well furnished and it was a perfect space for our two families, since we like to cook. Above all this house is extremely clean. Moreover, the location was tranquil, right by the forest, yet very convenient to go hiking... or to go to the Vons in town. We absolutely loved our time there.

This location is really great. Walk to Bear Mountain or a cool park area just up the road. We had 4 adults and two young kids and had plenty of space.

It is the perfect combination of romantic rustic log cabin and modern decor and furnishings. The space was great and comfortable (there were three couples); we never felt crowded. While we went up there for a fall getaway, I have to admit that we spent most of the time in the cabin in front of the fireplace, taking turns making delicious meals and eating way too much! I would highly recommend this location to family and friends and hope to return in the winter for some skiing! Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway, Adventure Seekers, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers Response

It was everything it was represented to be. Clean, spacious, comfortable, within walking distance to Bear Mountain. It had all the conveniences of home. Mario even called us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely rent this chalet again. If only it had snowed while we were there it would have been perfect.
