This a a beautiful, we'll kept cabin in Big Bear. Plenty of amenities and extras! The jacuzzi was a great way to relax while watching our kids play in the game room. Although there was no snow outside, the cabin and it's coziness made up for that. A great place for a multi-family trip with family and friends. Would highly recommend. We will be staying here again in the future.

I am so glad I had very good decision to chose this house speeding our ThanksGiving. We had group of 15. Everything is great, and we love this place. Absolutely, we will stay in this place in next season.

Wonderful location and very pleasant home!! We loved the hot tub & spacious rooms! We were in walking distance to the village which was wonderful! The house was clean and well equipped, linens were clean and there were enough towels for our large party. Only complaints were the stove- couldn't get a take n bake pizza to cook completely and the additional charge for trash.

We booked this lovely cabin for Thanksgiving. Jason was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. The house is very clean and spacious. It was perfect in every way, great location, fun game room for adults and kids. I highly recommend this property and will plan future trips back. Thank you again to the owners! We had a wonderful stay here a few weeks back. This cabin is cozy and clean. The owner/manager was extremely attentive and made sure we were comfortable. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. =)

I would just like to say that I have rented numerous properties in Big Bear over the last 5 years and it doesn't get better than this. If you have a big group look no further! All amenities and furniture are up to date and functional. It has a huge lot for parking and is very close to slopes and restaurants. Last, but not least the owner, Jason, was very helpful and understanding. I will definitely book again in the future.

We had a great experience at this house for our Big Bear trip. It was very roomy, has plenty of bathrooms, and all the amenities you would need. Had a long day on the slopes? Jump in the hot tub to soothe those muscles. Hungry, but have nothing to cook? Taco Bell is literally right next door. Want to cook a feast? Nice sized kitchen to prepare a family dinner. This place is about a 1.5 mile drive to Snow Summit, about a 30 minute walk (which is highly recommended if you go during peak season). Jason was a great help and answered all questions we had.

The owner, Jason, was responsive and easy to communicate with. The ping pong (table tennis) and pool table were a great addition for entertainment. There is plenty of parking available, and the location of the property is near the lake and the main city-portion of Big Bear Lake. The location was convenient and easy to navigate to and from nearby attractions. The main downside is that a few of the mattresses were uncomfortable, with stiff individual springs that poke into your back. But overall, everyone in my group enjoyed the trip and had a great time.

We just got back after a 4 day trip, it was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 5 kids! Plenty of space for everyone and the backyard was so awesome, probably the biggest I've ever seen! There was no need to go anywhere else for the kids to play in the snow, they could go out multiple times a day to build snow men and sled around. Also the property manager was extremely responsive, she would get back to me within minutes for anything we needed. Her husband helped with check in and check out and was the nicest person ever. I would recommend this place in a heart beat! Only thing I would point out is if you're planning on doing a lot of cooking maybe bring your own favorite pots and pans as some of them were in rough shape. Definitely not a deal breaker though and we'll definitely be back!

Perfect stay for our group. Lots of room, plenty of plates, pots, pans, etc. The dining room table was big and perfect for playing board games and gathering for dinner. Kids enjoyed the kareoke machine after a day of skiing and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. No washer/dryer which was a shame as we needed to dry our gloves and pants after hitting the slopes. The lake was a five minute walk and Snow Summit was a five minute drive. Great location. We would definitely return.

We were three families and we enjoyed our stay at this cabin. There is the pool table, the spa, the karaoke, and the great big yard where the kids had an amazing time. The managers of the cabin were very nice and helpful.

Awesome place to stay as far as being pretty close to everything. The closest mountain to snowboard and ski is Snow Summit and my group had a great time. Nice sized property that allowed us to be somewhat loud and not worry too much about neighbors, at least being inside. A lot of space for people to sleep and have fun. The hot tub was nice and the game room was a good place for everyone to drink and play different team games. Some of us did some karaoke upstairs and watched movies in the down time. All in all, just a great time was shared with a big group of family and friends. Will definitely use their property again if we choose to come out another time. Thanks again!

We had an enjoyable stay at the KareBear house. The location is great!! Right near Village; so close to everything! There were enough beds and bedrooms for all of us with enough linens and towels. Though it would have been nice to have access to a washer and dryer. The kitchen and dining room are nice and also worked really well for us. It was stocked with all the needed cookware. Just took us a little bit to figure out the broil function on the stove and a couple of more oven mitts would have been nice. We did have a little trouble with the thermostats and getting it to be the right temperature in the house, but it all worked out in the end. It was a nice house and it fit our families really well. The side/back yard is huge. It snowed while we were there and the kids (and adults!) had a fun time playing in the snow right there at the house. The house was a nice big size. The pool table was awesome and got a lot of use! The house has a lot of different hanging out/sitting spaces. We never felt crowded. Just had a few minor hiccups with the PS3, a glitch with the hot tub, and the karaoke machine didn't work. The property manage did try to bring us charging cords for the PS3 controllers, which ultimately didn't end up being the right cord, it was still nice that he tried. We were able to use the hot tub eventually, which was so enjoyable on the cold nights after a long hard day on the slopes. We never were able to get the karaoke machine working, which wasn't that big of a deal - there was a lot else to do! The management staff was very responsive and helpful. It was a good experience and we would definitely stay there again!
