Mario and Ivette’s place is perfect for a Big Bear vaca! Especially for a large family like ours. The place is fully stocked with anything you can need. Plenty of space and very clean. The beds were VERY comfortable and big! With roku TVs in every room, an amazing game room downstairs, and a huge dining tables for gathering around, the family was entertained for days. Also, the location could not be anymore ideal. Very quiet and beautiful street less than 10 minutes from literally everything. Loved this place and our vacation in Big Bear!

No homes directly in front of you so it so peaceful. The serenity of mountain life is great for the soul. We are 1 cabin away from Snow Summit Year Round Resort. Nice quaint street. Not busy Snow Summit Blvd. Best location in Big Bear Lake. 3 minute drive to lake and village or an easy 10 minute walk.

A great place to get away and hang out with some friends! Particularly enjoyed the open floor plan, giant dining table perfect for board games, fast internet with Tv and Roku, and central location. Great communication as well. An all-around great place to stay!

The place had an amazing view of the slopes and the surrounding area. The location is literally walking distance from the ski resort. We had all we needed inside the cabin as far as cooking utensils. My group had a great time and we will be coming back to this same resort for our yearly trip. I totally recommend this place for a large group looking to enjoy themselves.

The house is a walkable distance to the slopes (.3 miles) but a little far with gear and the kids. It was just as easy to have one of the non skiing parents drop everyone off in the "drop off / unloading zone" in front of Summit. The game room was a ton of fun in the evening after skiing. Not a big deal but would recommend a more heavy duty trash can bag in the kitchen for the haul to the dump. The ones that were there were thin and tore easily. Luckily we brought a few of our own from home ( we rented a different property with the same issue last winter).

This property was seriously close to snow summit, my kiddos and I walked there everyday we stayed at the property. It's in the center of everything, stores,the village, and lake etc. the property was very well taken care of, everything was impeccable. The owner responds in a timely manner, with any questions before we arrived to the cabin. It was just all around am awesome experience for my family. My five year old asked me to buy the cabin, cried when I told her its not for sale. That speaks volumes, she doesn't like any place but her house. Thank you Mario, you're cabin is amazing. I will be using it again.

It is ideal for two families to share. Setup of the cabin is perfect with two bedrooms upstairs and two more downstairs. Living room and kitchen are big and spacious and the kids are happy to spend hours in the playroom downstairs. Also love the big deck for open air breakfasts or bbqing. Cabin has everything you need and is clean and well kept. Location couldn't be any better. We walked to Snow Summit for skiing. :)

The location is within walking distance of Snow Summit where our grandchildren took skiing/snowboarding lessons and skied every day of our stay. Views of the mountains from the cabin are breathtaking! The cabin included everything we needed. It was clean and fresh and comfy! With four bedrooms and two levels of living space, our large family could spread out and not feel cramped. The grandchildren loved the game room especially! Pop taught them to shoot pool! They taught him the arcade games! There was something for all ages in there! After a day on the slopes, it was a wonderful place to come home to! Wifi worked well. Oh, and Dominoes delivers!
